A PIN before the trip
Share the trip PIN with your assigned driver when you meet. The driver uses it to start the trip.
Know who you’re meeting
See your assigned driver and vehicle details in the app, and use trip messages to coordinate your pickup.
A place to raise concerns
Submit a support case or safety report in the app. These are not live emergency response services.
How drivers are vetted. Driver approval requires manual review of identity, driving licence, insurance and vehicle information before access to trips.
Calling and number masking are not connected yet. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services directly.

Dash is a Botswana-first ride-hailing platform being developed to connect riders and drivers, starting in Gaborone.
We’re building around everyday journeys: getting to work, meeting friends and finding a way across town. Our focus is clear trip information, pickup coordination and a dedicated experience for both riders and drivers.
We’re preparing a limited private pilot. We’ll share availability before public bookings open.

Can I book a Dash ride right now?
Public bookings are not open. Dash is being prepared for a limited private pilot. Joining the interest list does not book a ride or guarantee an invitation.
Where will Dash start?
Our first focus is Gaborone, Botswana. Pilot service locations and availability will be shared with invited testers. This website does not promise city-wide coverage.
How do I get the app?
Passenger and Driver Android apps are currently distributed privately to approved testers. There are no public app-store downloads yet. iPhone builds are still pending.
How will payments work?
The current pilot supports cash reported by the driver. Card and mobile-money payments, driver payouts and cash-out are not connected. Public pricing and payment options will be announced before launch.
How do I become a Dash driver?
Choose “Driving” on the interest form. Driver onboarding and document review are separate steps; you must be approved before receiving trips. Please don’t submit identity, licence or banking documents through this website.
Is this the same as a driver application?
No. The form only records your interest in pilot and launch updates. It does not open an app account, approve a vehicle or promise earnings.
